We provide moving, packing, logistics, and related services. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.

2. Quotes & Pricing  
- All quotes are estimates based on information provided.  
- Final pricing may change depending on actual conditions (stairs, distance, weight, additional services).  
- Additional charges may apply for delays, heavy items, or special handling.

3. Booking & Payments  
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking.  
- Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.  
- We accept approved payment methods listed on our website.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling  
- Customers must provide at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.  
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing.

5. Customer Responsibilities  
Customers must:
- Provide accurate information about the move  
- Ensure access to both locations  
- Secure fragile or high-value items  
- Remove hazardous materials (flammables, chemicals, etc.)

6. Liability  
- We handle items with care but are not liable for damages caused by improper packing by the customer.  
- Liability coverage may be limited unless additional insurance is purchased.  
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Prohibited Items  
We do not transport:
- Hazardous materials  
- Illegal items  
- Perishable goods unless agreed in advance  

8. Delays  
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.

9. Website Use  
All content on this website is owned by Matrix Moving & Logistics LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability  
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

- Claims for damages must be reported within 24–48 hours after service completion.
